As an incorporation of all the companies, BM ONE HOLDINGS LIMITED was later established and instituted as a corporate umbrella; holding all the subsidiary companies. Finally, the holdings company was fully incorporated by the government of Malawi, under Companies Act, on 16th December, 2022.

<p class="mb-2">The company, through BM ONE ELECTRONICS as one of its subsidiary companies, has been assigned with about 11 contracts to supply laptops in different NGOs and consultancies. In the year 2022, the company was assigned with 6 contracts in supplying laptops to different NGOs and Companies. That had the total of more than 60 pieces of laptops supplied. In the year.</p>
<h6>4. BM ONE LOGISTICS AND CAR DEALER</h6>
<p class="mb-2">With the partnerships we have with the NGOs and other companies at hand, BM ONE HOLDINGS (under transportation department) seeks to be providing a good service in transportation. That will include both car hire and logistics. Again, we have embarked a development that will bridge companies and individuals in buying both personal cars from south Africa. A special website for car dealing will be out soon.</p>
<h6>5. BM ONE FOODS (FOR UNDE FIVE KIDS)</h6>
<p class="mb-2">BM ONE HOLDINGS, through BM ONE FOODS will specialise in foods production for under five children. The company already has an arrangement on the development.</p>

<p class="mb-2">On the miscellaneous basis, the company supplies other companies with its products by bridging and delegating the purchases.</p>

<p class="mb-2">BM ONE HOLDINGS LIMITED is here to improve our land. To make Malawi a beautiful environment. We are therefore going to focus on real-estates development through BM ONE REAL ESTATES as its subsidiary company. We will have residential, commercial apartments and industrials sites under the construction.</p>

<p class="mb-2">As the company goes through its trajectory, we are going to be providing services in construction. BM ONE CONSTRUCTION LTD is the proposed company. We hope to be there as soon as possible.</p>
